Your Academy is designed so you can work through your training at your own pace and return whenever you need to refresh your knowledge.

Your Resources area contains the supporting documents you will use throughout your training and once you begin delivering your services.

05 PROGRESS Completing Your Course Learn how your course completion and lesson progress work. View step Hide step
Your dashboard will show your progress as you work through each course. Complete all required lessons before finishing your training pathway.
You can return to completed lessons later whenever you need to refresh your knowledge.
06 COMPLETION Certificates Understand where to access your certification after training. View step Hide step
Once you have completed the required training for your enrolled pathway, your Blanc Academy certificate will be available through your Certificates area.
You can return to that area later whenever you need access to your certification.
07 STUDENT SUPPORT Need Support? Know where to go if you need help with your course or portal. View step Hide step
If you have a question about your course, portal or training access, use your Support area so the Blanc team can assist you.
Include as much information as possible so your question can be resolved efficiently.
08 FINAL STEP Start Your Training Finish your onboarding and move into your training pathway. View step Hide step
