Blanc Smiles do not offer refunds or exchanges if you ‘change your mind’, so please make sure you select your items carefully.

Gift cards can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please notify us in writing at blancsmiles@outlook.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number, and any photos, relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible. If you have purchased an item and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you may return the item to us and upon inspection, you may request a Replacement or Store Credit.
