Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready to be collected.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated by weight and displayed at checkout. 
Shipping option
Standard: Please allow up to 3-5 business days for orders to be delivered
Express: Please allow up to 1-3 business days for orders to be delivered
Please keep in mind that the delivery window does not include processing time.
Please note – we do not ship internationally.
*Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an order tracking number. If deliveries are delayed please contact your courier to resolve any issues. Blanc Smiles will not take fault for any missing or damaged items during transit. You can notify Blanc Smiles via email of any issues.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at
Blanc Smiles Head Office - 16 Millaroo Drive, Helensvale 
After placing your order and selecting pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will contact you to notify you when your order is ready.
Our in-store pickup is only available by appointment. We will confirm a time and day for collection.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at blancsmiles@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Before doing so please be sure to contact your courier for an update, as once your parcel has left our warehouse they are responsible for the package and will have the most current updates for you.
