One pack = one client. Meaning once you have completed your treatment all of your products will be disposed of. Resulting in no cross contamination or risk of spreading bacteria, this makes it a lot easier for staff (if applicable) to perform a treatment and easier to maintain from business point of view.

General: Shipping cost is based on weight. Just add products to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator to see the shipping price. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an order tracking number. If deliveries are delayed please contact your courier to resolve any issues. Blanc Smiles will not take fault for any missing or damaged items during transit. You can notify Blanc Smiles via email of any issues.
Incorrect Order: If you receive your order and there is any discrepancies please email through a photo and description of the discrepancy to blancsmiles@outlook.com. Please allow 48 hours for a response.
Academy: Once you have purchased your training there is no refunds for change of mind or any other reasons.

Once you have purchased your online training, you will receive an email giving you instructions to create your own online training portal which will then give you access to your specific course purchased. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive this email. Keep an eye on your junk mail box also.
Once you have 100% completed your training, our educators will review your training portal completion and once approved, you will then receive your certificate of completion via email.
