Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an order tracking number. If deliveries are delayed please contact your courier to resolve any issues. Blanc Smiles will not take fault for any missing or damaged items during transit. You can notify Blanc Smiles via email of any issues.

Incorrect Order: If you receive your order and there is any discrepancies please email through a photo and description of the discrepancy to blancsmiles@outlook.com. Please allow 48 hours for a response.

Academy: Once you have purchased your training there is no refunds for change of mind or any other reasons.

Once you have purchased your online training, you will receive an email giving you instructions to create your own online training portal which will then give you access to your specific course purchased. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive this email. Keep an eye on your junk mail box also.

Once you have 100% completed your training, our educators will review your training portal completion and once approved, you will then receive your certificate of completion via email.

Congratulations on selecting your workshop training course date and location! Once you have finalised your purchase, please allow 48 hours to receive a confirmation email.
